Sports Massage sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each individual athlete. We take into consideration your personal training schedules, injury histories, and performance goals. We know that everyone has a unique background and that what brought you to where you are today is the result of your history, lifestyle, and motivations. We're here to help you reach your goals! Session can be booked in any 15 minute increment between 30 to 120 minutes. See "Extended Sessions" for longer sessions.


Workers Compensation

If you have been injured at work and are booking a massage with a referral from your physician, please book the appropriate category of Workers Compensation. This allows us enough time to complete intakes, evaluations and treatment sessions.

Anne Marcalo has been a Massage Therapist since 1985, living most of her life in Sonoma County. Early in her career she worked as a massage therapist on cruise ships. Later, she became certified to massage horses. Anne has also been a flight attendant for the past 29 years, retiring in April of 2021, and simultaneously worked part time as a Massage Therapist at an athletic club. She has studied Orthopedic Massage Therapy with James Waslaski CMT CPT (a pioneer in the field of pain free, manual therapy). In 2014 she also became a Certified Essentrics Instructor and has taught classes, helping clients heal, re-balance, lengthen, and strengthen. She has been a part of Humboldt State’s rugby and rowing team and now focuses on soccer and triathlons. Later he committed to The National Holistic Institute’s 800 hour program to further his studies and graduated as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator in January of 2023.
